This is a security feature of the current version of j7.

You can fix it by changing the startup script to use address 0.0.0.0
instead of 127.0.0.1.  Or you could instead use the real ip address of
your machine.

(0.0.0.0 is a special address meaning "i do not care what address I
receive connections on".  Note also that machines typically have 16
million unique addresses they can listen on.  Most of them are in the
127 net which means they are only reachable by programs running on the
machine itself.  127.0.0.1 is the most popular of those, by far, and
while I know linux and mac support the other addresses I have never
tested on windows, to make sure this actually works.)
