The jhs jal is preliminary and needs work. For the next version it should be
easy to provide all the required functionality in a manner that is very
similar to that adopted by Chris and others in the JGTK front end. Partly
I'm waiting for the JGTK JAL to give me the UI specs.

A trivial change to the current jhs jal would be to make the select box
multiple select and enhance the event handler to deal with multiple entries.
This can wait til the next jhs update.
