Nice clear JUM instructions. Down the road it will be streamlined a bit. The login info isn't quite right. Web login is a confusing thing. I won't try to state things clearly here as that will take some effort. But the overview is correct. J login is similar to a gmail login. It is active for the browser TASK in which it is done. Once you are logged in on that browser task you can do J things in various tabs etc without being hounded for a password. If you start another browser task (could even be a different flavour on a different machine) it won't have the magic info and you will have to login again for that browser session. Killing a browser task ends the magic for that defunct task. Or doing a J logout ends it for that still running task. If you didn't logout and left the browser task running someone could come along and do J stuff without having to login.
