I worked out how to edit the Win7.Basic.02 theme to use a different background 
image for the menu bar. Now is readable, but I still like the rest of the 
MS-Windows theme better. I just need to see if I can work out how to edit the 
appearance of the menu-items for it. That theme uses an engine though so looks 
more complicated.
