Regarding the Esc key. This is working for me in IE8 but doesn't appear to have 
any effect in Firefox (Windows or Linux VM). Ctrl+. is still working Ok. I 
think a single key escape will be more user-friendly but need to work with it 
more to see if I like Esc.

It is good having the name of the file being edited at the top of the jijs 
window, but it needs to be differentiated more from the file contents or else 
it can be confusing. Having it fixed (like the menu) is one option. 
Alternatively perhaps the contenteditable div should be formatted differently 
from the surrounding "background"?

I think someone suggested this recently, but perhaps the solution is to add 
another button "List upgradable". This would essentially be the equivalent of 
the command:
  'showupgrade' jpkg ''
