Jgtk works now and so far my Mac has not shut off. So this is great.

However, I do not understand why you have told me about the list of
~install/....'s below. Were you commenting on the unix `cp` command
with the `-R` option, or what? Are telling me that I can just select
the few files listed in the gtk.ijs file and not the whole directory
that I copied? That would save a lot of space.

And, my install includes only the first one of the directories you
listed, not all of them. But it works.

Oh, btw, I figured out that my comment earlier in this thread about
the line with 'require'~'.......' in it is actually a working command
that I did not understand. Duh.
