I'm not sure what happened. Just some speculations, the folder ~addon/config contain information about addons installed which may be out of sync with actual addons folder contents
install 'gtkide' use 'install'jpkg'...' command which will not install the package if it think the addons is installed and up to date. A separate 'reinstall' option is provided by jpkg for this case. you may delete all files inside ~addons/config and then run a pacman update which might help re-sync addons installed.
