I've had it happen again a couple of times... here's the log entry for
the latest event:

This time, it happened when I kicked off a rescan (new & changed
music)... I had just added album art (folder.jpg and id3 tags) to an
album, and wanted to see the updated info.
Again, this is on WinXP, no antivirus running, and nothing that should
be restricting access to write to C:\WINDOWS\TEMP... and in fact, there
are plenty of MySQL-related (slimserver-related) temp files in there at
the moment:
