Thanks for the quick response, Andy. This tells me that I shouldn't keep spending time trying to get Rhapsody to work, which gains me something, anyway. I am in fact using the dreaded firmware 69. There must be some kind of joke available here . . .
Sure, sometimes firmware upgrades should be required. I was thinking the "make the guy upgrade his firmware" switch was in the always-on state. I certainly don't mind upgrading as required . . . with 4 Squeezeboxes I'd like to do it as little as possible, though. Yes, I forgot that I am not patient enough to wait for the right pane to populate in Rhapsody. Also the behavior is at variance with "normal" operation, which made it seem incorrect.
