I've been using SS7 for a couple of days, and I think I prefer the new skin - but it seems a hellofacpuhog. Especially if the browser has been open for 12 hours+, just moving the mouse over the browser window is enough to make MSIE7 burn some CPU for 30 seconds. I just tried to scroll down the play list and had to go kill IE from task manager. Should it happen again I'll see how much memory it was using etc.
(Vista x64, Pentium D 3.4ghz, 8gb ram, MSIE7 with no plugins, so other than it being MSIE I doubt it's the desktop at fault) And because this is my first post, rather than start on a sour note, SS7 really does improve on 6.x and the skin *does* look nice!
