Michael, I'm afraid I still have the problem with SVN 13129. My browser is set to use no disk cache. I even have the problem when running Firefox in "safe mode" to disable my extensions. The behavior seems slightly different tonight. After the first (language) page loads, the content seems to jump up in 2 or three steps. First (after about 1 second) it jumps up so I can see "Have fun", the language pulldown, and the bottom of the picture of the Squeezebox (which is black/silver! and has the old SD logo!!). After another second or so, the main content area is completely blue. It doesn't seem to matter whether I mouse over the content or leave the pointer outside the rendering frame. (Perhaps it never did depend on mouse focus and only tonight did I relax and just watch the wizard by itself.) Thanks for the tip about "wizardDone".
