I am inclined to think that the defaults should be adjusted so that they work for most users most of the the time. This probably means increasing the syncBufferThreshold default to 10kB and the syncStartDelay to 250ms.
These should be sufficient for most wireless environments, I guess. Feedback reports from beta-testers would be appreciated. Those who want to try and get closer to gapless play or finer-grained resync adjustments can play around with the controls to see what works best in their environment. Comments?
