I'm interested, not as a SlimServer developer but as a potential iPod Touch buyer.
My first impression of the iPod Touch from the apple release presentation was that it might be a great SlimServer controller which also makes it possible to take the music with you when you leave the house. I'm pretty much just waiting to make sure it is possible to jailbreak/hack before I make a purchase. The reason I want it to be possible to hack is that I would like to try to make it possible to synchronize the SlimServer music directly to the iPod Touch without using iTunes at all. This requires that someone hacks it so we can get better knowledge of the music library files which is probably stored on the device. Are you saying that a Nokia770/Nokia800 would be prefered over iPod Touch to control SlimServer ?
