Most of these non-technical users won't even care about service, will  
they? And then don't forget that there are many more languages than  
English. Hm... are we going to localize file names for them? French  
probably understand Service, but don't have a clue about a Startup.  
Imagine: they've never even had a Start button in Windows. And in German a  
Startup is usually considered an abbreviation for "startup company" - a  
Startup Assistant then has yet another meaning :-).
