Good point, but you have to pick some language. I would think that the menu option (remember that part) would be translated. Really don't care about an actual file name of an exe because a non-technical, user friendly system wouldn't normally have someone directly running something from explorer.
Almost nobody will care about a service as a service, however, I would think that almost everyone would care that it starts up without having to log in - reduced overhead of dealing with fidling technical details and making it work automatically... Recovering from power outages, etc. is easier if you just have to press the ON button. Just looking for a more plug and play, end user package/experience.
