Ahh- The problem has been resolved! I can now listen to Radio IO through the SB without commercials and am logged in properly.
The issue turned out to be an inconsistency between what I thought my username was and what the Radio IO site thought my username was. After making this consistent in the SqueezeNetwork menus, everything worked fine.
