First of all - I had (I think) the same problem: the music scan don't work, there is no scanner.log file created.
1. I telnet my DS-107+128 and can't find /usr/libexec. Therefore I can't follow your ideas. 2. May you plaese give me a hint, where I could find some information about CPAN, is there any documentation? 3. I have installed following version squeezecenter-7.0-16243.tgz - do I have to change anything to run the scanner, or did I made a mistake??
