I switched to firmware 86 today, and am now experiencing slight crackling sound on my SB2.
My SB2 is currently connected to little passive speakers via the headphone socket. After the box successfully updated the firmware and restarted, I could hear fairly loud pops through the speakers whilst it was trying to reconnect (about 0.5 secs apart). When it connected the pops stopped, but I hear a bit of crackling when it's idle and I am using the remote to navigate through menus. It sounds like a bit of interference with the speakers when the processor or wifi is in use. I tried pointing the antenna at a different angle and checking all cables are securely in place. I've always had a bit of a dodgy connection with the headphone jack being a bit loose in the socket, causing a bit of crackling when I move it, but I don't think this is the issue - it crackles when I am using the menus. I believe that something in firmware 86 is now causing the pops and crackles.
