I see that numbers are now shown next to favorites in the WebUI favorites
screen.

Whilst I can see this could be useful as the numbers map to the remote hotkeys
(press and hold 1 for favorite #1), this isn't ideal, and personally I think it
makes the WebUI favorites list look a bit naff, as the numbers are totally
irrelevant here.

I can't get half of my favorites to work through the hotkeys. I use favorites
mainly to store a heirarchy of radio stations, and links to other external
sources, such as live music archive, etc, that don't work as playlists. I
suspect this will be quite a normal situation - favorites won't normally be
single songs or albums from the local music collection.

Eg. my first favorite is "Radio Stations", which is a folder structure of radio
stations. if I press and hold 1, it can't play this favorite (and I wouldn't
really want it to play all radio stations!). It would be better if it just
jumped into Favorites > Radio Stations, so I could pick the station I want to
play, or not associate a hotkey at all with that favorite.

I have a radio station within "Radio Stations" that I would like to make
accessible through a hotkey. The only way currently is to add this as it's own
unique favorite entry, and appear in the first 10 entries in the favorites
list. I can't browse to Favorites > Radio Stations > LBC News, and make that a
favorite, so I would have to manually look at the url that that station points
to, and add that manually as a favorite and move it up my favorites list to set
the hotkey number.

I also have some live music archive albums bookmarked as favorites, and these
aren't playable as hotkeys either.

I think it may be a little frustrating that every time the order of favorites
changes, the hotkeys for all following favorites changes. eg. delete favorite
#1, and favorite #2 becomes #1, etc.

It would be better if the hotkeys could be associated manually rather than
automatically, and only if the item is a playable item (unless the hotkey can
work as a navigation, rather than a play command).

I find Favorites a rather strange collection of ideas. Partially like
playlists, but they can contain a heirarchy of things (albums, songs, radio
stations, playlists, etc), and also a rudimentary hotkey management system. I
can set up a long list of favorites, maybe alphabetically sorted, but the first
9 (or is it 10 - being mapped to keys 1-0) are automatically mapped to the
remote keys.

It would be better if the hotkeys were configured through a separate screen
(eg. something like Settings > Advanced > Remote Hotkeys) where any playable
item can be chosen to associate with a number key, or have a "hotkey number"
property on each entry in the favorites screen where a number can be chosen to
associate with the selected favorite item.

As an analogy, take a mobile phone. Most have the option of associating speed
dial numbers to any phone number in the contacts list, rather than the first 10
numbers in the list.

It would also be nice if favorites could be stored with different root menus.
Eg. have a Music Library > Favorites, Internet Radio > Favorites and Music
Services > Favorites.
