It's not all that complex, really.
You just have to:
1. Make sure you have perl installed
* linux: yes
* Windows: download from ActiveState
2. Grab the tool from my web site:
* http://projects.robinbowes.com/trac/Net-UDAP/browser/trunk
* click on "Zip Archive"
3. Extract the zip archive somewhere on your machine
4. Run the script:
* udap-shell.pl
5. Configure your SBR appropriately.
