An unproven hack to prevent all scrobbling of remote stuff (as opposed to local audio files) is to edit plugin.pm in <home>/SqueezeCenter/server/Slim/Plugin/Audioscrobbler and modify routine canScrobble - by stuffing a "return;" without the quotes on the line before "# Must provide a source"
There are other ways of doing it - but this should work. It would prevent issuing "love" aubmiaaiona for the track. I say unproven because I have it installed on a Vista machine and it won't let me changes files in "Program Files" directory and I don't ave time to fiddle right now. It would be easy to turn it off for individual handlers - such as Shoutcast by modifying a routine that is called to ask if the handler supports last.fm -- Paul Webster Paul Webster http://www.lastfm.com/user/BondJamesBond ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Paul Webster's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=105 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=48880 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/beta
