Thank you for your help but I'm sorry, I have no idea how to do what you asked. I do have some technical skills but I'm more a higher end audio end user that does not have experience interacting with the "terminal" which is what I think you are asking.
Maybe the best answer for me is to back out 7.3 from my system and go back to the supported version for now until 7.3 is more ready. My problem is I'm not sure how to do that. Several minutes of file updating went on with respect to all my music files as part of the installation process of 7.3 so I'm not sure how to reverse that or if I can. I can't live with the machine gun sound between each track introduced by the move to 7.3 despite the album artwork addition. Among other problems, it will blow my speakers at some point.
