Thanks for the clarification, kdf. One more thing - I've found another very closely related bug: once the radio alarm has finished, the volume of the player is set to zero. In other words, if I play some (non alarm) music some time after an alarm has gone off, I have to turn the volume up from zero.
It's quite confusing at first - since it appears that the Squeezebox isn't working. To the uninformed, I guess it's possible that this is the same issue. Should I append to the existing bug (10060) or create a new bug report?
