Could someone let me know what I should expect regarding bug investigations?
Of the two 'alarm volume' bugs I've logged, the second (10092) has now been resolved. However, although the first (10060) was confirmed 10 days ago, there haven't been any updates since. I'm ready to help with any testing required, but I'd be grateful if someone would let me know when this is likely to be looked at?
