Why isn't the source code delivered with the Windows distributions (exe, zip) in 7.3 ? The Slim directory only contains a Plugin directory.
Is the idea that any user that likes to apply patches should use svn instead ? Won't this make it more complex than necessary for users that now and then likes to help solving problems by looking in the source code ? I know it is for me who run svn on Linux but to make it easy always has used the exe distribution on Windows and just installed ActiveState perl. Wouldn't it be reasonable that at least the zip distribution contained the source code ? -- erland Erland Isaksson 'My homepage' (http://erland.isaksson.info) 'My download page' (http://erland.isaksson.info/download) (Developer of 'TrackStat, SQLPlayList, DynamicPlayList, Custom Browse, Custom Scan, Custom Skip, Multi Library and Database Query plugins' (http://wiki.erland.isaksson.info/index.php/Category:SlimServer)) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ erland's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3124 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=55897 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/beta
