It was solved by installing to another directory. 

I didn't find any registry settings or other things that would cause
problems connected to the old directory. I deleted the directory, but
still got the error after a fresh install.
As a desperate final try, I installed to Squeezecenter2/  and it
worked.

The funny thing is that if i install an older build like 2 weeks
earlier it worked in the old directory.
