Looks like I'm having the same problem with the current nightly,
SqueezeCenter-7.3.3-25969.exe.
After install, SqueezeTray never appears to finish starting. The log
shows error messages like:
> [09-04-18 13:46:29.4673] Slim::Web::HTTP::openport (229) Can't setup the
> listening port 9000 for the HTTP server: Bad file descriptor
Installing 7.3.2 gets it to work again.
