Looks like it's saying the SQLite file is corrupted.  Try stopping the
server (if it's runnning), deleting the .db files in the cache folder
and the restart SC.

If you want to run MySQL you can't use the current nightlies of
SqueezeCenter 7.4, as they only support SQLite.  You have the following
choices:

    
- SC <= 7.3.3
- a nightly build of SC 7.4 prior to the switchover to SQLite
- use SVN and checkout the code from the SC 7.4 Trunk (not the SC 7.4
  nowweb-sqlite branch)
  

To use the latter, you'll need an SVN client for Windows, such as
TortoiseSVN, and an installation of ActiveState Perl 5.10 and then
you'll run the Perl version of the server instead of the Windows EXE. 
Do some searches in the forums and on the Slim Devices wiki if you want
to go that route.
