Actually, I think you should run Perl 5.8.8 - I thought Perl 5.10 was required 
for the new noweb-sqlite code, and wasn't supported for previous builds.

I can recommend running from source code, rather than nightlies; it's quicker 
and easier to upgrade, and you can do so at any time.  Sometimes with 
nightlies, something will get broken just before the build, and then you have 
to wait another 24 hours for the next build to fix it, whereas with SVN 
updates, I often find fixes are available a lot quicker.
