Exactly. They are two completely different issues. Number 1 is going cause a FEW people without 'net connections endless frustration when they buy a shiny new Squeezebox Touch and find out it can't be used. I thought this has been addressed, though, by allowing the box to get its mandatory initial firmware upgrade from the local server.
