Hi. Happy to help, but is there an issue with me uploading copyright music? I am sure that this is readily reproducible and not just me. Any guidance as to how I can help further would be appreciated. By the way, I don't think that this is a bug in SC as such. It seems to be something that Apple has changed, whether deliberately or accidentally I don't know. My only point in raising it here was to let you know so that you could decide whether you needed to do anything in SC to work around the change (as the developer of iVolume had to do).
