Hi- If by hard resetting you mean removing the battery, putting it back in and re-entering my network, and wi-fi password - yes I did it. But I still get no connection to the network. I even took SC for WHS off my server and tried 7.33 standard - same result. My Boom and Duet receive are networking and performing normally, so it is clearly a controller problem.
