I had this same problem earlier in the week, but the remote finally upgraded several days later to 7.4.
Problem is, I cannot see 2 of my 4 receivers in test.squeezenetwork.com no matter what I've tried. Nor can I change the names of the 2 receivers that I can see. The site tells me to connect to mysqueezebox.com to change their names, but the attempted connection always fails. I can only connect to my PC. On my old Squeezenetwork account, I can see all my receivers, but the status on all of them is listed as "not connected." Not sure what that means.
