This is happening to me also. Followed the magic footsteps: Cleandb reboot remove old squeezeserver (7.3.4 ) reboot cleandb reboot install new squeezeboxserver reboot cleandb reboot
the NV+ is starting 2 instances of the squeezeboxserver at startup. Its not dying, but restarting and dying over and over. Killing them and restarting one works. The web interface seems much snappier ( not fast, but faster than before). But since my server starts up and shuts down on a schedule, this is not practical.
