Last weeks I tried both the "Squeezebox Server Windows Executable" and the "Squeezebox Server Windows Home Server Installer" ... on my Siemens WHS 2205 with 2GB ram.
The win executable runs perfect, and I really like its new fast scanner on 7.4.0 (completed all my 100.000 mp3s in under 3h :-), I guess it's 3 times quicker now! BUT every time I tried the WHS add-in it makes my server run really slow. Especially the WHS console gets sooo slow and freezes for 2-3s every time I change a tab/menu!?? Immediately when I uninstalled the WHS add-in, the console got going without freezing!! What's up? Have other seen this?
