i don't want to make a big deal out of this if you don't think it will
cause problems, but frankly what you describe isn't realistic.  your
average person rips direct to where they store, and in fact they
typically don't even rip to a designated rip folder like i do.

i do this purposely b/c i want the music available even if i haven't
gotten around to verifying tags, art, etc yet.  i typically rip 10-20
cds minimium at a time and it can be a few days before i do my magic on
them and then move them to their permanent homes, but i still want the
music available immediately.
