A bit of a side note... last time I tried embedded it got grouchy about
some of my UTF paths...

So I would like to get that ironed out before I make a plunge (watching
a couple thousand tracks vanish from my library makes me cry)...

So it would be neat to have a MiniLibrary to test with... I could muck
with things and see if I can break the scanner.

And it would be nice to have a .zip of "this library is totally hosed"
that I could attach to a bug report... and without making people's heads
explode, it would be nice if it was just a bunch of tiny files, empty
except for maybe some silence and the tags.

Anyone know a tool that would strip music files of everything but leave
tags intact? Would be a nice tool for making a 'test library' that was
tiny to download for various other scanner-checking tests.

(I may just resort to using perl to read tags from one file, spit them
to another, and clone a frame of silence to the new file... but why work
if someone else has such a toy?)
