I run SBS on a Win 7 x64 PC and all my ITunes files are Apple Lossless
(m4a). When I go to play a song on the Touch I get the "Problem: Can't
open file for the D:\itunes\Music\....etc" error every time regardless
of which build of SBS I use (7.5, 7.5.1 nightly including todays, 7.6).
I completely uninstall each version and manually delete the left over
directories and run ccleaner.exe before installing another
version/build. I see in the server log an error about 'cannot decode
file'. I tried to fiddle with file types for Apple Lossless but there
are no combinations that work. Before the Touch and SBS 7.5 I was
successfully using a SB2 with 7.4 and had no problems whatsoever with
the same ITunes library. This is a huge issue for SBS 7.5 that it seems
hard to believe that it slipped past the testers. At this point I'm not
even sure that anyone is working on the problem since it seems taht
some people are ok and others are not. Whatever info is required to
help fix this please let me know and I will post logs, etc...
