Sorry I missed that detail. The "Continue" didn't work for me either so I just backed out to the main menu. I got the same spinning icon until I closed SqueezePlay and then ran it again and all was well after that.
I've tested this on three SqueezePlay installations on three different computers and it seems to work the same way on all three. Let me know if closing/restarting helps.
