Well mine is working now. To get it working, I added 'Switch to Mysqueezebox.com' to the home menu.
I then connected via this, which I'd never done before, and didnt think i needed to, as I thought the player would connect to MSB.com when it needed, such as trying to play Napster. My Apps then worked, and also Napster/LastFM/Facebook were now available to add to the home menu. I have added these, and they still remain and are accessible when I connect back to my local SBServer.
