I don't have any near-term plans to try to run this branch, but it's
existence has peeked a couple of questions in me. In the absence of
any mention of onebrowser on the software roadmap, I'm hoping that the
developers will take a moment clue us into what, from the look of the
check-ins, is occupying most of your time right now.

What's motivating the development of this branch? By getting all the
player/server interfaces onto the same 'page', do you expect this to
a). reduce SBS's footprint, or b). make SBS code maintenance and
enhancement much easier, or c). both? or d). some other rationale?

Will onebrowser eventually be folded back into 7.6 trunk?

Will onebrowser support IP3K players?

Will the IP3K players require new firmware in order to be able to speak
to onebrowser servers?

I'm not trying to be pesky or annoying here. I applaud the onebrowser
development. But it would be nice to not feel so clueless as to where
things are headed.
