Firmware 7.6 r9120 Unplugged my router: ...... I'm getting the same behaviour! Surely this can't be right? Oddly, If I press the "Now playing" icon on the Touch "Home" screen, I can play whatever playlist I was playing before I unplugged my router, but nothing else.
