I think the old players just have "single" and "hold" actions but for
these it's all controlled on the server side, so unless I'm wrong it
should just be a matter of implementing support for "long-hold" in
Slim/Hardware/IR.pm
I think I've seen support for a long hold action somewhere but I
suspect it was on the SqueezePlay side.
If we want consistent behaviors for all players using the IR remote, I
suspect a change would require changes both in SqueezePlay (for the new
players) and in SBS/MySB (for the old players).
