IMHO 7.6 as it is now (sans bugs) is the biggest step forward since I use the SB so I find it rather important. I mainly care about SQLite and the new artwork handling. Ok and maybe UPnP, not yet sure.
I don't believe what's currently targeted for 8.0 will ever come (from Logitech) since it doesn't make any business sense at least from the strategy I see in the market with them (focus on online music and low end products). Btw, I at least agree with the online music part if the strategy, I think that's indeed the future.
