Please post the system information summary from the Settings / Information tab in the SbS WebUI.
On what platform (Mac, Windows) do you run ITunes? How does that itunes database and collection end up on the Qnap? (a) ITunes on the PC has been configured to use some sort remote share to keep the library on the Qnap, or (b) the Qnap mounts a remote share from PC where ITunes runs.
