My touch upgraded to r9296 this morning and just presents with an all white screen. I first tried a soft reset (holding reset button for 1 second) but no difference, then tried a factory reset (holding reset button for ~15 seconds) but again no difference. It responds to the remote but needs to be reconfigured after the factory reset - only problem is I can't see anything on screen! So no network connection etc.
Is there a way to get back to previous firmware version? Is it possible to downgrade the firmware via an SD card? Anyone able to help?
