And from a third party plugin perspective it actually have some
benefits because the "onebrowser" implementation means that third party
library browse menus can focus on the menu content and leave the user
interface rendering to standard SBS code. Hopefully this might also
open up some possibilities for simpler third party browsing plugins
instead of advanced solutions like the current Custom Browse plugin. So
even if Logitech doesn't implement all the browsing alternatives we like
to have, the "onebrowser" implementation offers a lot better support to
add new browse menus and replace existing browse menus and make them
available in all interfaces with correct look and feel.
So even though a few things might seem like a step backwards currently,
I think we are going to look at this as something positive in the end.
