Sounds great.

Do we have some information available somewhere that describes how to
do this ? If not, it it a lot of work to describe it so people not into
networking and developing can use it ?

I've always thought running multiple instances on one Windows computer
got complex. I've personally done as Philip described and only run one
instance at the time.
