What matters equally -- if not more -- for a user is function, i.e.,
what the product does. You can have the fastest, friendliest user
interface in the world, but if it doesn't do what the user wants then
it's not any use. Most of the alternatives you mention cannot do the #1
thing I ask: make my music library available in every room of the house,
sync'd or unsync'd (depending on my mood).
