MediaTomb.  I then switched to MiniDLNA once I figured out that
minidlna was under much more active development and was the base for
all the UPnP stuff in the Netgear products (ReadyNAS, WNDR3700 routers,
etc) as well as being included (I believe) in the DD-WRT & OpenWrt open
source router firmwares.

So far, the only DLNA clients I have browsing minidlna are a Samsung
bluray player and MLPlayer Lite on my iPad.  Both clients have no
problems with streaming video.  Photo browsing is a little balky, but
it works.

I have yet to really try LMS so I can't offer any comparisons.
